Four weeks' paternity leave?

Labour may be planning to increase the entitlement to paternity leave to four weeks. During the current two weeks, new fathers are entitled to statutory pay of up to £123.06 a week and the Government are still considering on what terms the additional time off would be taken. This could be a new policy to be included in the party's manifesto for the next general election!
