Serial litigants - database launched

As reported earlier this year three lawyers have now joined forces to launch a database to hold the details of serial litigants – individuals who make an industry out of lodging Employment Tribunal claims. The database works by searching employment tribunal registers across the UK to track those names appearing regularly.
