Government publishes Family Friendly Green Paper

The government has set out a new package of measures designed to help the 21st century family and it contains proposals to expand flexible working and family friendly employment rights. In its Green Paper 'Support for All – the Families and Relationships Green Paper' the Government sets out its plans to support families by a range of measures which include, among other things, improving flexible working for families and supporting fathers. The Green Paper explains how the government views its role in creating a good work-life balance for families.
