Right to Request Training Guidance Published

Guidance has now been published to inform employers about the new right for employees to request time for training. From 6 April 2010 if you are an employee and you work in an organisation with 250 or more employees you will have the statutory right to request time for study or training. Guidance has also been published for employees.
